From this page, you can find and manage your bookings.
Once you have booked a visit, your booking will appear on the list to your left. Before being confirmed, your booking will need to be approved; your visit will be shown as ‘pending’ until this process is complete. Once your booking has been confirmed, the status of your visit will show as ‘confirmed’. If for any reason your visit request has been rejected, it will display as this until status and we will get in touch with you directly to discuss this.
Should your plans change, you can click the green ‘Cancel’ button. Please only use this option if you are cancelling with up to a day’s notice. If you are cancelling your visit after this, please either call us on 01926 427216 or email us via [email protected].
If you need to amend your booking, please cancel the current booking and start it over.
