Visiting arrangements
Family and friends are very welcome to visit residents in their rooms, in communal spaces and in the garden without pre-booking.
We ask that, wherever possible, you visit between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m., although we are mindful that some people may not be able to visit until after 4.00 p.m. due to work commitments. If you do arrive after 4.00 p.m. on weekdays, or if you are visiting at the weekend, please bear with us as you may need to wait for the door to be opened.
There will usually be a receptionist on duty Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. excluding Bank Holidays, but if you arrive outside these times and you do not have access to the fob entry system, please ring the doorbell.
Please note that this may mean that there is a short wait when you arrive, e.g. if the resident is receiving personal care or having a therapy session in the gym.
The only exception to this will be if you wish to take a resident for a trip into the local community, in which case we need 72 hours’ advance notice (excluding weekends) to ensure that the necessary risk assessments are in place and that the resident is ready on time. Please continue to email us via [email protected] in the usual way if you wish to take a resident out for a trip.
